TJ Hartman Racing - Update: Cabin Fever Starting to Take Hold!

Puyallup, WA - June 27, 2012...

Rain in the Northwest has washed out the past two weekends of racing, and the fact that the mid-week weather is mild, doesn't help the attitude in the TJ Hartman Racing camp.  The mild weather in Washington and Oregon is a plus at times, but it is not conducive for those who want to race every weekend.  TJ tries to make the best of the situation, but the even-keeled 20 year old is growing restless.

The #19 Wesmar powered Maxim will look to try again this weekend in Elma.  TJ is optimistic the rainy weather will relinquish its hold.  "It has to change sometime." the Puyallup native states.  "We've been studying some things and I'm eager to get back in the car and see if we learned anything."

Racing gets underway in Elma around 6:30 Saturday.  Keep your fingers crossed.  In the meantime, check out the latest video of the racing action and victory lane interview from TJ's win back on May 12th at Skagit Speedway taken by NWRacingVideos.   The video contains the entire night of action, including qualifying and all four classes of cars, along with interviews.  The 360 sprintcar main event starts around the :43 minute mark, and runs through the victory lane interview with TJ, and Skagit Speedway announcer and pit side reporter, Kaleb Hart.  There is also a short interview with TJ near the end of the video.  Link to the video is:

Be sure to come out and cheer on the Pride of Puyallup, as TJ and the #19 sprintcar team look to get back to the action! If you can't make it, be sure to follow along on twitter at or on TJ's Facebook page at
